“We are what we repeatedly do. Excellence, then, is not an act, but a habit.”
— Will Durant (paraphrasing Aristotle)
As 2025 comes to a close, I want to pause and say this clearly:
Well done.
You showed up this year — through early mornings, busy seasons, tough workouts, hard conversations (sometimes REALLY hard), small wins, big breakthroughs, and everything in between. We’re just wrapping up the Fortify strength cycle, and it’s been incredible to watch this community get stronger, more resilient, and more capable together. Over the past few months I've been watching in awe as I've seen the collective movement quality of members in this gym dramatically improve. Kudos to you all for the hard work that takes and kudos to our incredible coaches for holding the standard and giving excellent instruction that keeps you all moving safe, and well.
That work matters. And it carries forward.
Kicking Off 2026 the Right Way
The first week of January, we begin a brand-new strength cycle — Stamina Strength Cycle — designed to build the foundation for everything that comes next. This cycle is about work capacity, consistency, and learning how to lift well even when you’re a little fatigued. It’s not flashy. It’s effective. And, it sets the tone for the year ahead. Watch out for more detail on this cycle in the next few days. It's going to be a really great one to start the year with.
This is the season where good habits compound.
And, speaking of good habits...
Breakthrough is Coming!
Early in the new year, Coach Mark and I will be opening enrollment for the next iteration of The Breakthrough Blueprint.
If you were around last year, you know this already:
People didn’t just get fitter. Participants:
Launched new businesses
Started new careers
Got engaged
Grew their families
Retired
Ended decades-long bad habits — including smoking and alcohol
Stepped into new professional and personal callings
And it’s important to say this clearly:
This is NOT a “New Year, New You” program.
Those programs chase quick fixes and most people quit in less than a month.
Our Breakthrough Blueprint program is about building a foundational practice — physically, mentally, and spiritually — that supports who you’re called to become over the long haul.
No hype. No shortcuts. Just intentional work, done in community, with guidance and accountability.
To reserve your spot, send us an email at hello@crossfitfairfield.com. Space will be limited, so if you're thinking about it, don't wait. Registration will open as soon as we lock down final dates for the opening workshop.
Only a Few Spots Left to Commit to the Year and Save 15%.
You’ve already shown up.
You’ve already been doing the hard part — building the habit.
This is about protecting that momentum.
For a limited time, we’re offering 15% off our Unlimited Membership when you commit to the year in advance. It’s our best rate, available to just 8 members, and designed for people who know consistency is the real advantage.
At $40/week, a full year comes out to $2,080.
The pay-in-full rate is $1,768 — a savings of $312.
But this isn’t really about the discount.
It’s about simplifying the decision. Locking in your training. Using HSA/FSA dollars you already set aside. Removing future price increases from the equation. And stepping into 2026 with clarity instead of hesitation.
Unlimited classes. Expert coaching. One simple payment.
Momentum, secured.
Once these few spots are gone, you've lost the chance to lock in pricing.
If you’ve been thinking about committing to the year, this is your sign.
Invite Someone to Train With You and GET PAID
Did you know we offer a referral bonus? If someone signs up for the Unlimited Plan or Premium Unlimited plan and lets us know that you referred them we will give you $20 cash! But, as we head into January, we’re increasing the referral bonus for our members:
Refer a friend who joins as an Unlimited member, and you’ll receive $50 cash as a thank-you!
If CrossFit Fairfield has made a difference in your life, this is a great time to bring someone into the process — a friend, coworker, or extended family member who’s ready to start building something real.
For now, take pride in what you’ve built this year. Rest well — maybe in a Contrast Therapy Session — and get ready to start January with purpose.
We’re grateful for you — and excited for what’s ahead.
