What is the workshop?
There are two core live sessions in the Breakthrough Blueprint: the Quick Start Onboarding Workshop and the Midpoint Momentum Workshop. The Quick Start Workshop is a one-hour onboarding session designed to help participants get familiar with the tools we’ll use throughout the program and introduce key mindset concepts to ground the exercises in the first two weeks. You'll learn the power of identity-based goals, how to track your progress effectively, and how to use the Chop Wood, Carry Water framework as your daily guide. The Midpoint Momentum Workshop, held halfway through the program, dives deeper into the concepts introduced earlier and offers a chance to reflect, recalibrate, and refine your approach for the second half of the journey. It’s where you'll get equipped with the mindset, strategy, and tools needed to build habits that stick. This session will be a mix of teaching, reflection, and tactical planning.
What if I can't attend the in-person kick-off or workshop?
No problem. All workshops and coaching content will be recorded and available to you. While we encourage in-person attendance for the energy and connection, we know life is full—so you won’t miss out. You’ll still receive all the tools, prompts, and check-ins necessary to experience your own breakthrough.
Do I really have to come to the gym to be a part of this?
Nope. You don’t have to step foot in the gym to fully benefit from this program. While CrossFit Fairfield members will find natural synergy by incorporating workouts into their daily rhythm, the movement element can be done anywhere. Whether you train at home, outdoors, or at another gym, the daily structure will still support your growth.
Why does the program include meditation, nutrition, and reading?
True health isn’t just physical. Breakthrough Blueprint focuses on whole-person transformation—body, mind, and spirit. That’s why we build habits in four areas: Spiritual, Mental, Physical, and Personal. Fitness without focus is incomplete. Meditation builds inner strength, reading expands perspective, and intentional eating fuels it all. These practices compound—so you can rise stronger in every domain of life.
I see nutrition tracking is part of the program. Do I have to do that?
Well, you don't HAVE to do anything. But, we highly encourage it. Nutrition is often the hidden key to better energy, better mood, and better results. Using MyFitnessPal, we’ll guide you through the process of logging your intake—not to shame or restrict, but to increase awareness. We’ll recommend a simple, whole-food approach aligned with CrossFit’s foundational nutrition principles.
What is the mentoring aspect like?
Throughout the 28 days, you'll receive group guidance from Coaches Keith and Mark, plus support via private digital channels. Depending on your tier, you may also receive 1-on-1 coaching to personalize your plan and receive direct feedback. Either way, you're not in this alone—mentorship is woven throughout.
What if I REALLY want to join, but it's too expensive?
