"Coming together is a beginning; keeping together is progress; working together is success." — Henry Ford

Re-post from Newsletter published February 08, 2026

In case you missed it, just a few days ago, we announced that we officially stepped into new ownership of Cornerstone Fitness.

But the idea behind what comes next? That’s been a year in the making.

Long before any paperwork was signed, there was a shared vision taking shape—one rooted in a simple belief:fitness is better when it’s shared, and community is stronger when it’s connected.

Two gyms.Two distinct cultures.Same heart.

That belief is what brings us here—and why we’re excited to introduce a new opportunity for members at both gyms.

A Cross-Gym Trial Month

For one month, members will have the opportunity to train at both locations—meet new coaches, train alongside new people, and experience another expression of the values you already know and trust.

This isn’t about replacing your home gym. It’s about expanding the circle.

Think of it as an invitation to:

  • Put faces to names

  • Train in a new environment

  • Build new relationships

  • Stay grounded in what already works for you

No pressure. No expectations. Just access, connection, and curiosity explored.

What This Leads To

In the coming weeks, we’ll be introducing the Community Fitness Lab All-In Membership—a joint option that allows ongoing access to both gyms under one membership.

That option will be there if and when it makes sense for you.And if it doesn’t? That’s perfectly okay.

For now, this is simply about opening doors, strengthening relationships, and letting community do what it does best.

If you’re an existing CrossFit Fairfield Member and you'd like to participate in the cross-gym trial month, Simply CLICK HERE.

We’re deeply grateful for what’s already been built in each space, and genuinely excited about what’s possible as we take this next step together.

Same values.Same standards.A bigger circle.

The CrossFit Open — It Starts Soon

The CrossFit Open is almost here.

Registration is ongoing and we already have over 20 people registered, which is AWESOME. The Open is a really exciting shared experience across gyms all over the world — including ours.

A few things that matter most:

The Open is for everyone.Every workout has scalable options, and every athlete participates at the level that makes sense for them. You don’t need to be “ready.” You just need to show up.

The Open is about measuring progress, not comparison. Each workout gives you a clear snapshot of where you are right now — and something to look back on a year from now.

And the Open is about community.Friday workouts, cheering each other on, judging, laughing, struggling, celebrating — this is one of the best parts of our year together.

You can be involved however it fits you best:

  • As an athlete

  • As a judge

  • As a cheerleader

  • Or some combination of all three

Our Friday Night Lights events will run on Friday's from 5:00pm until everyone who wants a chance to complete the workout gets that chance.

This isn’t about being the best. It’s about being in it together.

Reminder: Personal Training Is Now Open

Our coaches are officially open for 1:1 personal training sessions.

Each session is a full hour — completely yours.

Want to work on:

  • Box jump confidence

  • Ring muscle-ups

  • Rope climbs

  • Handstand walking

  • Double-unders before the Open

Reach out directly to a coach, ask about availability, and they’ll walk you through booking, which you can do at the links above or on the app. Simple, focused, effective.
