Tess recalls her initial hesitation about joining CrossFit, influenced by her past as a high school swimmer and the long break from structured exercise that followed. Overweight and lacking confidence, it took her six months and her husband’s encouragement to step through our doors. But that step changed everything.
Today, Tess champions the CrossFit community for its unparalleled support and motivation. "There is no other community like a CrossFit community," she says. The encouragement from fellow members not only pushes her but also re-instills a belief in her own strength every day.
Why does Tess recommend CrossFit? It’s simple: "It’s truly changed my life for the better physically and mentally," she asserts. Since starting CrossFit, Tess has not only lost weight and become stronger but also gained immense confidence.
